UOCC owns a one hundred and ninety thousand square meters of marine building site, this includes a 240-meter-long wharf, which is 323 meters in width and the front edge water is 11 meters in depth.

       The skid rail is 160×26 (M), which can bear load of 100T/M. At the same time the site is properly equipped with all necessary facilities such as a 50T gantry crane with its skid rail 960M in length, an air compressor station, an oxygen and acetylene store, a paint room, materials and tools houses, an office building and many pieces of heavy lifting equipment. 

     We have a comprehensive team of specialized personnel of over 200,in which  engineers are 100; 173 welders have obtained DNV certificates, 50 welders have pressure vessels certificates and 8 inspectors have grade B international inspection certificates. 

      This is a professional team familiar with international practices and methods and willing to provide high quality services to clients.

      UOCC has taken part in large series of engineering fabrication such as Nanshan Terminal Station, W12-1 platform topside, SZ36-1 engineering, etc. We have abundant experience in cooperation with foreign companies and we have already obtained the international ISO9002. We have a complete set of management and operation personnel qualified and familiar with international practices and methods.
